(Oslo, 23 August 2024) Following Knox Energy Solutions' (Knox, OSE: KNOX) offer
to Rapid Oil shareholders, a total of 17.5% of Rapid Oil shares have been
accepted for conversion, of which 10% is conditional to continued listing.
