Volue ASA: Correction - Statement from the Board of Directors of Volue ASA in connection with the voluntary offer from Edison Bidco AS

CORRECTION: The statement from the independent Board of Directors includes a fairness opinion from Pareto Securities AS as an attachment. The fairness opinion was not attached in the first version of this stock exchange notice, but is attached hereto.

Reference is made to the announcement by Edison Bidco AS on 19 August 2024 regarding commencement of the offer period in the voluntary offer ("Offer") by Edison Bidco AS for all of the shares in Volue ASA ("Company") and the announcement by the Company on 8 July 2024 regarding the independents Board's comments to the contemplated offer. In accordance with Section 6-16 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act, the independent Board of Directors of the Company has issued the attached statement in respect of the Offer.
