Notice from Written Resolution

Today a Written Resolution was resolved pursuant to the summons for a Written Resolution dated 29 August 2024 (the "Summons").

A majority of the Bondholders have chosen the Default Option (Tranche A Adjustment). The Bond Trustee is authorised to take the necessary actions to implement the Default Option.
