Notification of major shareholding

Arne Fredly, together with his affiliated accounts (together, the "Group"), has today, 5 September 2024, acquired 142,350,000 shares in Kongsberg Automotive ASA ("Kongsberg Automotive"), whereas 114,171,000 (approx. 12%) shares and votes are held by Apollo Asset Limited while the remaining exposure of 28,179,000 shares (approx. 2.96%) is through a certain unit link portfolio without voting rights. Following today's acquisition, the Group has a consolidated holding of 142,350,000 (approx. 14,96%) shares and 114,171,000 (approx. 12%) votes in Kongsberg Automotive and has thereby crossed the notifiable 10% threshold.

This notification is made pursuant to sections 4-2 and 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
