Disclosure of large shareholdings with respect to: Kongsberg Automotive ASA

5 September 2024: Teleios Global Opportunities Master Fund, Ltd. (the “Vendor”), managed by Teleios Capital Partners LLC (“Teleios”), has today, 5 September 2024, sold 194,291,164 shares in Kongsberg Automotive ASA (the “Company”), representing approximately 20.4% of the shares and share capital in the Company.

Following completion of the sale, none of the Vendor nor companies managed by Teleios hold any shares in the Company.
