Zalaris signs agreement with large German department store chain for payroll and HR services

Zalaris, the provider of payroll and HR solutions that simplify work life and

support creating sustainable businesses, has signed an agreement with a large

department store chain to deliver payroll and HR solutions for more than 11,000

employees in Germany.

Zalaris will provide comprehensive payroll services, including payroll

accounting and other HR administrative activities. Zalaris will initially

support payroll processing on the customer's existing systems before

transitioning to a fully digital solution with the Zalaris Peoplehub Retail

Solution over the next 18 months including processes for payroll, digital

personnel file, travel expenses and time management.

This transformation will include digitising all HR processes using SAP

SuccessFactors Employee Central and Performance and Goals, offering manager and

employee self-services for data-driven, agile decision-making and efficient HR

processes.
