Reference is made to CrayoNano´s press release on NOTC today. Nordic Technology Group AS (NTG) has a financial holding of around 14,9% in CrayoNano AS. The management and board of directors in CrayoNano with advisors have explored various options to address and stabilize CrayoNano´s operational and financial challenges in a difficult market. Depending on the outcome, NTG will consider the need for writing down the investment in CrayoNano AS. The potential write down will not have any cash effect on NTG´s operations.
