Hamilton, Bermuda, September 12, 2024 - Reference is made to the announcement on 10 September 2024, in which Paratus Services Energy Ltd. (ticker “PLSV”) ("Paratus" or the "Company") announced that it had been notified of the exercise of 225,000 warrants by the chair of the board of directors and primary insider of the Company, Mei Mei Chow.

Each warrant entitles the holder to one (1) share in the Company ("Share"). As a result, the Company has issued 225,000 Shares, each with a nominal value of USD 0.00002, to Mei Mei Chow. Following this issuance, the Company's new registered share capital is USD 3,391.00098, divided by 169,550,049 Shares, each with a nominal value of USD 0.00002.
