Elkem ASA - Notice of an extraordinary general meeting 2024

An extraordinary general meeting of Elkem ASA will be held on 8 October at 09:00

(Norwegian time) for the election of new board members and a new member to the

nomination committee.

The meeting will be conducted as a digital meeting on the Lumi AGM, and with

utilisation of electronic voting for all attending shareholders. The full notice
