KMC Properties ASA - Purchase offer and subsequent sale of shares in Logistea AB (publ) completed

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 17 July 2024 regarding a purchase offer and intended subsequent sale of the same shares in Logistea AB (publ) (the "Logistea") by KMC Properties ASA ("KMCP").

KMCP has now completed the purchase offer and the subsequent sale. The net capital gain to KMCP from the purchase and sale is insignificant. Following these transactions, KMCP holds a total of 5 271 803 A-shares and 69 536 077 B-shares in Logistea (i.e. the same number as prior to launch of the purchase offer).
