MPCC: Fixed income investor meetings

Oslo, Norway - MPC Container Ships ASA (the "Company") has mandated Arctic

Securities and Pareto Securities as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint

Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing

Monday 23 September.

A new USD denominated 5-year sustainability-linked senior unsecured bond issue

may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.

The net proceeds from the contemplated bond issue shall be applied towards

general corporate purposes of the Group, including refinancing of existing

financial indebtedness and acquisition of maritime assets.
