EQVA ASA: Granting of share options

EQVA ASA: Granting of share options

19 September 2024: The Board of EQVA ASA (OSE: EQVA) (“EQVA” or the "Company") has today approved the award and allocation of 2,500,000 share options, at a strike price of NOK 3.05 per share, to CEO Even Matre Ellingsen. The award is in accordance with the employment agreement.

Each share option granted carries the right to acquire one share in the Company. The strike price of the share options is based on the volume weighted average share price over the 60 last trading days prior to assuming the position as CEO on 2 May 2024. Subsequently, the strike price is increased by a factor of 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4 annually. The options expire after 5 years.

Following the grant, Ellingsen and close associates holds a total of 8,193,462 shares and 2,500,000 share options in the Company.
