agreements for the purchase of 1,833,000 shares in Andfjord Salmon Group AS at a

price of NOK 46.91. Andfjord Holding AS' exposure in Andfjord Salmon Group AS

remains unchanged following this transaction. Andfjord Holding AS is a company

closely associated with Roy Pettersen, who is a member of the Company's board of

directors.
