Andfjord Salmon Group AS (the "Company") has been notified that Jerónimo Martins

Agro-Alimentar, S.A. has purchased 2,000,000 shares in the Company from Andfjord

Holding AS at a price per share of NOK 30.00. Jerónimo Martins Agro-Alimentar,

S.A. is a company closely associated with Antonio Serrano, who is a member of

the Company's board of directors. Andfjord Holding AS is a company closely

associated with Roy Bernt Pettersen, who is a member of the Company's board of

directors.

Prior to the above-mentioned sale, Andfjord Holding AS has carried out certain

transactions relating to forward contracts.
