Other information: Following completion of the reverse split and a share capital

increase of 0.06, the new number of issued shares of the Company will be

17,336,313, each with a par value of NOK 1.00. The new ISIN after the reverse

share split is ISIN NO0013353219, and the shares will be traded under this new

ISIN starting today.
