Sparebanken Sør: Successful issuance of NOK Senior Non-Preferred bonds

Sparebanken Sør (Issuer rating A1/Positive by Moody’s) has today issued two new Senior Non-Preferred bonds of NOK 550mio floating rate with ISIN NO0013379487 and 5 year maturity and 450mio fixed rate with ISIN NO0013379495 with 7 year maturity. The floating rate coupon is 3 month Nibor + 0.93 percentage points p.a. and fixed rate 4.664% annually. Settlement date is 23. October 2024.

The bond issues will be applied for listing on Nordic ABM.

DNB Markets and SEB acted as Joint Lead Managers.
