Sandnes, Norway, 22 October 2024: The Board of Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) has

resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.180 per share, NOK 2 945 759 370 in

total, equal to USD 270 million relating to Q3 2024. The last day including

right is 25.10.2024, corrected from 26.10.2024.
