Oslo, 23 October 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Argeo ASA ("Argeo" or the "Company"), announcing the approval and publication of the prospectus prepared by the Company in connection with the admission to trading of its shares on Euronext Oslo Børs under the ticker "ARGEO".

Trading in the Company's shares on Euronext Oslo Børs commences tomorrow, 24 October 2024.
