Vår Energi ASA: Ex dividend Q3 2024

Sandnes, Norway, 28 October 2024: The shares in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will

be traded ex dividend of NOK 1.180 per share for the third quarter of 2024, as

of today, 28 October.

With reference to the stock market announcement on 22 October, the Board of Vår

Energi ASA resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.180 per share, NOK 2 945

759 370 in total, equal to USD 270 million, relating to Q3 2024. The dividend

will be paid on 5 November 2024 in NOK and the NOK dividend amount is based on

the daily exchange rate published by Norges Bank 21 October 2024 approximately

at 1600hrs CET.
