Reference is made to the announcement published by Nordic Unmanned ASA ("Nordic

Unmanned" or the "Company") (ticker: NUMND) on 31 October 2024 announcing the

successful completion of a private placement of 90,000,000 new shares in the

Company at a price of NOK 0.50 per share, raising gross proceeds of NOK 45

million (the "Private Placement").

Please see the attached forms for information regarding conditional allocations

of shares in the Private Placement made to close associates of persons

discharging managerial responsibilities.
