Beerenberg acquires Østlandske Isolasjonsservice

Bergen, November 4th, 2024: Beerenberg acquires Østlandske Isolasjonsservice AS (100% owner). The acquisition strengthens Beerenberg's insulation business and ability to deliver a wide range of services to both existing and new customers.

Østlandske Isolasjonsservice AS, which specializes in insulation services, has a high level of expertise and experience with insulation solutions to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs. The company had a turnover of NOK 15 million in 2023.

“This is another step in our ambition to provide a broad selection of services to our clients outside O&G and will give us a good start in developing our business in Østfold," says CEO Arild Apelthun.
