Shareholding disclosure - Nordnet AB (publ)

On November 4, 2024, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries Nordnet Livsforsikring AS and Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB, was allocated 39,115,674 shares in EAM Solar (ISIN: NO0010607781) through an equity issue. Following this transaction, Nordnet AB (publ), via its subsidiaries Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB and Nordnet Livsforsikring AS, will hold a total of 39,406,978 shares in the company on a consolidated basis. This represents 25.67% of the outstanding shares and voting rights in the company once the new shares are fully paid and registered.

Nordnet AB (publ) does not exercise voting rights for these shares.
