On 9 August 2024 Clean Seas Seafood Limited (ASX: CSS, OSE: CSS) announced that Director and Chair Travis Dillon would leave the Board following the 2024 AGM. The AGM took place on 7 November 2024.

Under ASX Listing Rules the Company must lodge an Appendix 3Z following his departure. That form is attached.
