On November 15, 2024, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiary Nordnet Livsforsikring AS, net sold 1,075,041 shares in EAM Solar (ISIN NO0010607781). After these transactions, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB and Nordnet Livsforsikring AS, held a total of 6,694,823 shares in the company on a consolidated basis, representing 4.38% of the outstanding shares and votes in the company.

The ownership distribution among Nordnet AB (publ) subsidiaries is as follows:

Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB: 0,06%

Nordnet Livsforsikring AS: 4,32%

Nordnet AB (publ) does not exercise voting rights for these shares.
