Oslo, 20 November 2024 - The board of directors of Panoro Energy ASA ("Panoro"
or the "Company") today declares a cash distribution of NOK 0.427 per
share (representing a cash distribution to shareholders of NOK 50 million).
Distribution amount: NOK 0.427 per share
Declared currency: NOK
Last day of trading including right: 2 December 2024
Ex-distribution date: 3 December 2024
Record date: 4 December 2024
Payment date: On or about 10 December 2024
