General Meeting held on 21 November 2024
With reference to the stock exchange announcement of 31 October 2024, and the notice and case documents for the meeting of the General Meeting on 21 November 2024.
The meeting was held, and all items were approved in line with the proposed resolutions. The minutes from the General Meeting are attached. The minutes are also available from www.sbm.no.
