PPI acquires pre-school in Skåne, Sweden and a triple net lease with Municipality of Trelleborg

Public Property Invest ASA ("PPI") has acquired a pre-school in Trelleborg for

a total property value of SEK 102 million. Trelleborg is located in Skåne

municipality in Sweden. The property is 1,745 sqm and has an adjacent land

plot of 6700 sqm. Annual rental income is SEK 6.2 million and the lease is

triple net with an unexpired lease term of 17 years. The pre-school was built

by Acrinova and finalised in 2021. Energy-efficient building construction and

renewable energy supply through solar panels and geothermal energy ensures

long-term sustainable property management and operations.

"PPI has an opportunistic growth strategy and aims to become a leading

consolidator of social infrastructure properties. This new-built, energy

efficient property with a solid yield and long wault marks an attractive

entrance into the Swedish market for PPI" says Ilija Batljan, Interim CEO.

The transaction is expected to close on 28th February 2025.
