EUR 2,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme

Public Property Invest ASA's prospectus for its EUR 2,000,000,000 Euro Medium

Term Note Program (the "EMTN programme") has been approved on 25 November 2024

by the prospectus authority of the Central Bank of Ireland. The prospectus for

the EMTN programme will be passported into Norway.

Any bonds issued by Public Property Invest ASA in 2024 will be issued under

the EMTN programme and listed on Euronext Dublin and/or Oslo Stock Exchange,

depending on if the bonds are registered in Euroclear Bank SA/NV, Clearstream

Banking S.A or VPS (Verdipapirsentralen).

Deutsche Trustee Company Limited will be the trustee, while Nordea Bank Abp,

Norway Branch, will be the account manager and calculation agent for bonds

registered in VPS.

In relation with the EMTN programme, Public Property Invest ASA has entered

into an agency agreement with Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, Deutsche Bank

Luxembourg S.A., Deutsche Trustee Company Limited, and Nordea Bank Abp, Norway

Branch.
