Merger between Sparebanken Vest Boligkreditt AS and Sparebanken Sør Boligkreditt AS

Reference is made to stock exchange notice 25 November 2024 regarding the merger between Sparebanken Vest Boligkreditt AS and Sparebanken Sør Boligkreditt AS (the “Merger”).

Extraordinary general meetings of Sparebanken Vest Boligkreditt AS and Sparebanken Sør Boligkreditt AS were held today, during which all items on the agenda were approved, including the merger plan.

Completion of the Merger is conditional on the approval of the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority and that the merger between the parent banks, Sparebanken Vest and Sparebanken Sør, is registered in the Register of Business Enterprises.

The Merger will be completed in accordance with Chapter 13 in the the Norwegian Private Limited Liability Companies Act and Chapter 12 in the Norwegian Financial Institutions Act.
