Norske Skog ASA ("Norske Skog", Oslo Børs Ticker: NSKOG) has been notified that the following transaction has been completed today, 26 November 2024, by a primary insider in Norske Skog:

Arvid Grundekjøn, chairman of the board and primary insider in Norske Skog, has today indirectly bought 60,000 shares in Norske Skog through Cardid AS for an average price of NOK 20.29 per share. After the transaction, Arvid Grundekjøn holds in Norske Skog 17,894 shares directly and 83,723 shares indirectly, in combination 101,617 shares.
