Sandnes, Norway, 26 November 2024: Deputy employee representative to the Board,

Finn Volrat Pettersen in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) has bought 6420 shares in the

company at a price of NOK 36.74 per share. Following the purchase, Pettersen

holds a total of 15 284 shares in Vår Energi.
