An internal restructuring has taken place and Mrs. Renáta Kellnerová and some other indivdual shareholders of PPF Group N.V. has contributed and transferred portion of shares in PPF Group N.V., which indirectly (via Naneva B.V.) holds 3 196 707 shares in Kontron AG, to a new holding company, AMALAR Holding s.r.o. The 2/3 participation interest in AMALAR HOLDING s.r.o. is owned by Mrs. Renáta Kellnerová.
