POLYTEC HOLDING AG: Changes to the Management Board

At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of POLYTEC Holding AG passed resolutions on changes to the Management Board:

Martin Resch (49) will join the Management Board as COO as of 01.01.2025. He takes over these agendas from CEO Markus Huemer (43), who had been in charge of these agendas on an interim basis since August 2023.

Martin Resch has gained extensive management and Automotive experience in various functions in the Magna Group since 2011. Most recently, as Senior Director Operations, he was responsible for four production sites and around 3,000 employees.

Last year, Martin Resch already managed key production companies of the POLYTEC GROUP as Managing Director Operations North.
