CHIUSURA DEL TERZO E ULTIMO PERIODO DI ESERCIZIO 4-29 NOVEMBRE 2024

Trezzo sull'Adda (MI), 29 novembre 2024 – Cofle S.p.A. (EGM: CFL) - azienda leader nella progettazione, produzione e commercializzazione a livello mondiale di sistemi di comando e control cables per il settore offroad vehicles, automotive e after market automotive – comunica che in data odierna si è concluso il Terzo e Ultimo Periodo di Esercizio dei "Warrant Cofle 2021-2024" - ISIN IT0005465635 – (i "Warrant"), ricompreso tra il 4 novembre 2024 e il 29 novembre 2024, estremi inclusi.

Nel corso del Terzo e Ultimo Periodo di Esercizio non sono stati esercitati Warrant e conseguentemente non sono state sottoscritte azioni Cofle di nuova emissione.

Si ricorda che i Warrant per i quali non è stata presentata una richiesta di sottoscrizione decadono da ogni diritto, divenendo definitivamente privi di ogni effetto.

CLOSURE OF THE THIRD AND FINAL EXERCISE PERIOD, NOVEMBER 4–29, 2024

Trezzo sull'Adda (MI), November 29, 2024 – Cofle S.p.A. (EGM: CFL) - a leading company in the design, production, and worldwide marketing of control systems and cables for off-road vehicles, automotive, and automotive aftermarket sectors – announces that today marked the conclusion of the Third and Final Exercise Period of the "Cofle Warrant 2021-2024" - ISIN IT0005465635 – (the "Warrants"), which took place from November 4, 2024, to November 29, 2024, inclusive.

During the Third and Final Exercise Period, no Warrants were exercised, and consequently, no new Cofle shares were subscribed.

Please note that Warrants for which no subscription request has been submitted have lapsed and are therefore rendered void and without effect.
