Change in the number of shares and votes in Bravida Holding AB

Bravida Holding AB (BRAV), today announced a change in the number of shares and votes after issuing 820,000 shares of class C.

The number of outstanding shares in Bravida Holding AB (publ) amounts on the 29 of November 2024 to 206,356,598 shares, of which 204,472,271 are ordinary shares with one vote each and 1,884,327 are C shares with 1/10 vote each. The total number of votes in the company amounts to 204,660,704.
