PUBBLICAZIONE AGGIORNAMENTO DELLA PROCEDURA PER LE OPERAZIONI CON PARTI CORRELATE E DELLA PROCEDURA INTERNAL DEALING

Milano, 27 novembre 2024. Orsero S.p.A. rende noto che sono disponibili presso la sede sociale in Milano, Via Vezza d'Oglio 7, oltre che sul sito istituzionale www.orserogroup.it, sezione "Governance/Codice Etico e Procedure Societarie", e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato eMarket Storage () le versioni aggiornate della "Procedura per le operazioni con parti correlate" e della "Procedura per l'adempimento degli obblighi in materia di Internal dealing" della Società che entreranno in vigore dal 1° dicembre 2024.

PUBLICATION OF THE UPDATE OF THE PROCEDURE FOR TRANSACTIONS WITH RELATED PARTIES AND THE INTERNAL DEALING PROCEDURE

Milan, 27 November 2024. Orsero S.p.A. announces that the updated versions of the "Procedure for Transactions with Related Parties" and the "Procedure for the fulfilment of Internal Dealing obligations" of the Company, which will come into effect from December 1, 2024, have been published at the company's registered office in Milan, Via Vezza d'Oglio 7, as well as on the institutional website www.orserogroup.it, section "Governance/Code of Ethics and Corporate Policies", and on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage ().
