Non-final Verdict of the Municipal Misdemeanor Court in Zagreb

Dalekovod, d.d. (hereinafter: the Company) hereby informs the public that the Municipal Misdemeanor Court in Zagreb has issued a non-final judgment in the case filed by the plaintiff Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) against the defendant Company under the case number Pp-774/2022 for committing an offense under Article 713, paragraph 1, item 5 of the Capital Market Act, according to which the Company is declared guilty without a final judgment and is imposed a fine in the amount of 2% of the value of the total consolidated revenue it generated in 2021 when the offense it is charged with was allegedly committed.

Upon receipt of a written copy of the judgment above, the Company will file an appropriate legal remedy within the legally prescribed period.
