Augsburg, November 24, 2024 – The supervisory board of RENK Group AG today complied with the wish of the CEO Susanne Wiegand to terminate her mandate with effect from end of January 31, 2025 for personal reasons.
The Supervisory Board of RENK Group AG has appointed management board member Dr. Alexander Sagel, currently COO, as Susanne Wiegand’s successor as CEO with effect from February 1, 2025.
