ENEL GLOBAL CEO FLAVIO CATTANEO BUYS ADDITIONAL ENEL AND ENDESA SHARES

• Between November 19th and 21st, 2024, Flavio Cattaneo purchased 200,000 Enel shares and 250,000 Endesa shares, reaching an overall portfolio of 2,700,000 Enel shares and 400,000 Endesa shares
• The total value of the shares held by Flavio Cattaneo in Enel Group companies, all purchased directly or through a company fully controlled by him, amounts to approximately 25.7 million euros

Rome, November 22 nd, 2024 – Enel announces that Flavio Cattaneo, Enel's Global CEO and Vice President of Enel's Spanish subsidiary Endesa, yesterday purchased 200,000 Enel shares through a company fully controlled by him, at the weighted average price of 6.5834 euros per share. With these new purchases, which follow those carried out on November 22nd, July 27th and May 31st, 2023, Flavio Cattaneo increased his overall portfolio to 2,700,000 Enel shares.

Furthermore, between November 19th and 21st , 2024, Flavio Cattaneo purchased a total of 250,000 Endesa shares, of which:

• 130,000 shares at a weighted average price of 19.86 euros per share purchased on November 19th , 2024 through a company fully controlled by him;
• 57,351 shares at a weighted average price of 19.83 euros per share purchased directly on November 19th , 2024;
• 20,000 shares at a weighted average price of 19.87 euros per share purchased on November 21st , 2024 through a company fully controlled by him;
• 42,649 shares at a weighted average price of 19.85 euros per share purchased directly on November 21st, 2024.

Considering these purchases, which follow those of August 5th, August 1st and July 31st, 2024, Flavio Cattaneo increased his portfolio to 400,000 Endesa shares.

The overall value of Enel and Endesa shares held by Flavio Cattaneo, all purchased directly or through a company fully controlled by him and not resulting from stock option or grants, amounts to approximately 25.7 million euros1 .
