NOTICE OF CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 85-BIS OF THE REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY CONSOB RESOLUTION NO. 11971 DATED MAY 14, 1999, AS AMENDED, AND ARTICLE 2.6.2, PARAGRAPH 1, LETTER A), OF THE MARKET REGULATIONS BOTH ORGANIZED AND MANAGED BY BORSA ITALIANA S.P.A.

Cavriago (RE), November 22, 2024 - Landi Renzo S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Landi Renzo"), following the announcement made on November 11, 2024, announces, pursuant to Article 85-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999, the new composition of the share capital (fully subscribed and paid-in) and voting rights following the completion of the share reverse stock split transactions and the management of the remainder resulting from them, in execution of the resolution passed by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on October 31, 2024.
