16 April 2007 – Qurius plans to acquire Wilhelm + Zeller AG (W+Z), a strong German supplier of Microsoft Business Solutions. W+Z has 56 employees and has offices in Ravensburg, Muenster, Hamburg and Dornbirn (Austria). Its profitable 2006 turnover was 7,6 million euro. W+Z was in the early 90's one of the first Navision (now Microsoft Dynamics NAV) partners in Germany and has over 300 active customers in amongst others Food & Beverage, Breweries and Oil & Gas industry "Together with Qurius we can expand our services offering on the Microsoft platform" says Thomas Zeller, Managing Director of W+Z. "We already serve quite a number of international customers and hope to expand this number significantly when we will become part of Europe's no.1 Microsoft Dynamics partner."

Both parties aim to conclude the transaction at the end of June.
