Qurius N.V. kondigt aan dat de overtoewijzingsoptie volledig is uitgeoefend

26 juni 2007 – Qurius N.V. ("Qurius") kondigt aan dat Fortis, als stabilisatieagent, de overtoewijzingsoptie volledig heeft uitgeoefend, als gevolg waarvan Qurius 3,750,000 additionele aandelen A in haar kapitaal tegen een uitgifteprijs van EUR 1,20 zal uitgeven. Het totale aantal aandelen, inclusief overtoewijzing, dat in verband met de uitgifte zal worden uitgegeven bedraagt 28,750,000.

Notering en settlement

Een aanvraag is ingediend om de nieuwe aandelen A die in verband met de uitgifte zullen worden uitgegeven toe te laten tot notering op Euronext Amsterdam N.V.'s Eurolist by Euronext, onder het bestaande symbool "QRIUS". Verwacht wordt dat de nieuwe aandelen A worden toegelaten tot de notering en dat de handel daarin zal beginnen op Eurolist by Euronext Amsterdam per 27 juni 2007. Betaling en levering van de nieuwe aandelen A zal naar verwachting op diezelfde dag plaatsvinden.
