TKH acquires Pantaflex

TKH reports that it has reached agreement on the acquisition of 92% of the shares in Pantaflex B.V. in Bergschenhoek (the Netherlands). Pantaflex is a value added reseller (VAR) and importer and supplier of electronic components, primarily in the field of cable, cable protection and cable connections.

Pantaflex's activities offer the TKH group the opportunity to strengthen the TKH portfolio. The existing portfolio of the Cable Group also represents an interesting addition to Pantaflex's market position in the industrial market. In particular, this will allow Pantaflex to respond to the growing need in this market for complete systems.

Pantaflex has seven employees (FTEs) and generates annual turnover of around € 6 million.

The acquisition of Pantaflex will make a positive contribution to TKH's earnings per share. Pantaflex will be incorporated in the Industrial Solutions segment within the TKH Cable group. The acquisition will be financed from available resources.

Technical solutions provider, TKH Group NV (TKH) is an internationally operating group of companies specialised in creating and supplying innovative Telecom, Building and Industrial Solutions.
