TKH acquires SecurityWorks

TKH reports it has acquired an 80% stake in SecurityWorks. Nijkerk-based system integrator SecurityWorks develops and supplies complete, customised and integrated security solutions in the retail and industry market segments. This acquisition is in line with TKH's goal to further expand the share of security solutions in total turnover to 20% in the next three to five years.

SecurityWorks' product and services portfolio ranges from technical store security to fully secure "touch & feel" product presentations. All the company's solutions are based on a internally developed concept.

SecurityWorks has an annual turnover of € 2 million. The company's activities will be incorporated in TKH's security cluster, which is part of the business segment Building Solutions.

The acquisition will be financed from TKH's available resources.

Technical solutions provider, TKH Group NV (TKH) is an internationally operating Group of companies specialised in creating and supplying innovative Telecom, Building and Industrial Solutions.

The activities in the form of technologies, know-how, products and added value such as consulting, development, assembly and delivery of systems, form the building blocks for innovative solutions. The 43 companies in the TKH Group are active all over the world. Its growth is concentrated on North West and Eastern Europe and Asia. In 2006 TKH secured a turnover of € 686 million with 2,961 employees.
