Alterations Qurius Supervisory Board

2 April 2009 – Mr Erik Westerink will resign from the Qurius Supervisory Board on the Annual General Meeting of 24 April 2009 as per that date. Mr. Westerink is also Managing Director of Parcom Capital, a major shareholder of Qurius. Qurius and Mr. Westerink have mutually agreed to have a clearer separation of roles. On the agenda of the same Annual General Meeting, is the proposed binding appointment of Mr Evert H. Smid as member of the Supervisory Board.

Mr. Smid is founder and director of Eehaes Participaties B.V. and previous director of the Atlas Investeringsgroup N.V. Mr. Smid holds several Supervisory Board positions in IT and non-IT related companies.
