De Becker nominated to Board of Supervisory Directors OcÈ N.V.

Board of Supervisory Directors of OcÈ N.V. has decided to nominate Mr. Rudi De Becker (62) as ^a member of the Board of Supervisory Directors. Since his nomination cannot be put on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of April 23, ²⁰⁰⁹ in ^a legally valid way, an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held at ^a later moment in the coming months. Mr. De Becker will already be involved in the activities of the Board of Supervisory Directors asof April 24, 2009. The

studied Economics at the Gent University (Belgium) where he gained ^a postgraduate degree in marketing and distribution. Currently,Mr. De Becker is chairman of the Supervisory Board of Fabory (distributor of

fasteners), ^a member of the Supervisory Board of Arseus N.V. (distributor of pharmaceutical and medical supplies) and amember of the Advisory Board of CVC Capital PartnersBelgium (private equity). From
