24 April 2009 – The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 24 April 2009 has appointed Mr Evert H. Smid as member of the Supervisory Board of Qurius N.V., in accordance with the binding nomination. Mr. Smid is founder and director of Eehaes Participaties B.V. and previous director of the Atlas Investeringsgroup N.V. As announced on 2 April 2009, Mr Erik Westerink has stepped down from the Supervisory Board as per 24 April 2009.
The same Annual General Meeting of Shareholders has appointed Mr Michiel Wolfswinkel as member of the Executive Board in the role of Chief Financial Officer, in accordance with the binding nomination.
