Management Share trading update

Management Share is open to inclusion of new activities; no concrete prospects

Hoofddorp, 18 May 2009 – The circumstances in which Management Share NV operated in the first quarter of 2008 were unchanged when compared to 2008. Management Share ended its activities during 2001 and 2002. The result of Management Share consists of the balance of general and administrative expenses and the interest paid on loans provided by the major shareholders.

If circumstances remain unchanged, Management Share will realise a net result in line with the result over 2008 (€ 210,000 negative). In 2009, Management Share will continue its efforts to add new activities to the holding.
