TKH Group N.V. (TKH)

Mr A. van der Velden steps back from Supervisory Board TKH

TKH Group NV ("TKH") announces that, by mutual agreement, Mr A. (Aad) van der Velden steps back from the Supervisory Board of TKH as per today, 19 October 2010.

Mr Van der Velden resigns as Supervisory Board member of TKH in light of the stake TKH recently acquired in N.V. Nederlandsche Apparatenfabriek Nedap ("Nedap"), where he is the chairman of the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board of TKH and Mr Van der Velden want to avoid even the appearance of a conflict of interest and unequal information dissemination to shareholders. TKH would like to point out that Mr Van der Velden was not involved in the consultations and the exploratory meetings between TKH and Nedap, neither at TKH nor at Nedap. Nor was he involved in the consultations regarding the acquisition by TKH of the stake in Nedap.

The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of TKH express their appreciation for the important contribution Mr Van der Velden has made to the development of the TKH Group.

The Supervisory Board is currently considering in what manner the vacancy in the Board will be filled-in.
