General Meeting of Shareholders Management Share to be held on 31 May

Hoofddorp, 19 April 2011 – Management Share N.V. today convenes the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held on 31 May 2011 at 11:00 am CET. The meeting will be held in the "Viñoly-building", Gustav Mahlerplein 2, 1082 MA in Amsterdam.

The notice of convocation for the meeting with the agenda, the explanatory notes and the relevant documents for the meeting (in Dutch only) may be inspected and can be obtained free of charge for eligible persons, from the offices of the Company, Polarisavenue 138, 2132 JX in Hoofddorp, and from Kempen & Co N.V. Beethovenstraat 300, 1077 WZ in Amsterdam. The documents are also available in digital form on Management Share's website: www.management-share.nl. The notice of convocation with the agenda describes the procedure for attendance of the general meeting.
